All prices in Canadian dollars.  Canadian residents are subject to taxes.

  • Shipping will be done with Canada Post 

 

Montreal

  • A free pickup option is available at our location at 344 Notre Dame Est.
  • A delivery service is available. There is a flat fee of $20 for anywhere within 30km of the store. Anything further can be subject to an additional cost. Please call or email us for further detail. 

USA
  • Shipping will be done with Canada Post and will have a tracking code

 

International Shipping

Souvenir du Quebec offers international shipping with Canada Post ,DHL,PURALATOR,UPS  to a number of international countries. A delay can be expected due to customs, and increased shipping times due to Covid. 

 

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. A refund will be issued minus the initial shipping fee as well as a 15% restocking fee. Clients are responsible for return shipping fees.
